How we work

Here we will give you a rough outline on how to get a contract of hire and we will also explain what standards a potential tenant should meet.

If, after browsing through our Housing-page you are interested in one of our housing accommodations, please fill out the questionnaire. Once we receive your questionnaire, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you are seriously interested, you can make an appointment and we will show you around the accommodation.

And if you would like to rent one of our housing accommodations, after taking a look at it, you will be asked to make a down payment and the contract of hire will be drawn up. After settling the costs and signing the contract you are officially the tenant of the accommodation. You will receive the keys of the room on the agreed date.
