Woldring Verhuur owns several buildings and has a rental permit for appartments and flats for all these buildings. The housing accommodations are situated in the inner city of Groningen. The Hanze University Groningen, Gasunie, the University Medical Center Groningen, the University of Groningen and the Central Station are all within easy reach of these buildings.

Because Woldring Verhuur has more than one hundred fifty appartments and flats in the city of Groningen, it is a bit difficult to describe the average housing accommodation. The appartments usually have a surface area between 15 m2 - 25 m2 and normally, the studio flats are between 25 m2 - 35 m2.

Price
The rent of a housing accommodation consists of two parts: basic rent and service cost.
Basic rent is the money you pay for the surface area you rent and the facilities of the housing accommodation. The government has developed a point system in order to calculate this price. The more points a housing accommodation gets, the higher the rent. For more information about this system, visit the website of the Ministry of VROM (Netherlands Ministry of Housing, Spacial Planning and Environment).
Service costs are costs for gas, electricity, water, depreciation of furniture and soft furnishings and possible services like cleaning. Services and costs are put down in writing in the contract of hire. Every year, the housing company will provide a summary of the service costs of that year, together with a calculation of the already received advances.
Because of the many different housing accommodations, it is virtually impossible to list the exact rent for an accommodation. There are many factors that influence the rent, but we can give you a rough estimate.
